Sri Durga Kavacham In English
Sri Durga Kavacham is a sacred hymn dedicated to Goddess Durga, invoking her divine protection. It is a part of the Devi Mahatmyam (also known as Durga Saptashati or Chandi Path), a revered text from the Markandeya Purana. The Kavacham serves as a shield (kavach) for devotees, offering spiritual, mental, and physical protection from all forms of harm, evil forces, and negative energies. It is widely recited during Navratri and other Durga-related festivals to seek the Goddess’s blessings.
